LIABILITY
Care will be taken to assure the safety of all works of art, however, neither the Darien Arts Center nor the committee will be responsible for any loss or damages.
SALES
All sales will be handled by the Darien Art Show Committee, and a 25% commission will be taken to benefit the Darien Arts Center.
ELIGIBILITY
Artists who reside, work, are currently registered in an art class at the Darien Art center or have made a minimum contribution of $35.00 to DAC are eligible. All entries must be recent, original and framed artwork. Adult artists submitting two works of art must designate one of them for sale.
ENTRY FEE
- Adults - $15.00 per piece
- Students - (Grades K-12)
- $10.00 per piece
- All artists may submit a maximum of 2 pieces

MOUNTING REQUIREMENTS
All entries must be framed and wired, making them suitable for hanging.
LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Size limitations:
Art pieces cannot exceed 40" x 40".
Sculpture cannot exceed 50 lbs, and pedestal must be provided.
The Art Show Committee reserves the right to reject any entry not
considered suitable for the show.
PICKING UP YOUR ARTWORK
Artist’s receipts must be presented when entry is removed. Entries must be claimed on Saturday, June 12, 4 - 6 PM or Sunday, June 13, 12– 4 PM. The Darien Arts Center will not be responsible for any items left after this time. Work may not be removed before 4 PM on Saturday, June 12. Please make arrangements if you are unable to pick up your own work. A $5.00 per piece per day fee will be charged for work not removed by June 13 at 4 PM.

All entrants, sponsors and donors are invited. Art prizes and the Ginny Wright High School Scholarship will be awarded
during the reception.
