LIABILITY
Care will be taken to assure the safety of all works of art. However, neither the Darien Arts Center nor the committee will be responsible for any loss or damages.
SALES
All sales will be handled by the Darien Art Show Committee, and a 25% commission will be taken on the sale of each piece to benefit the Darien Arts Center.
ELIGIBILITY
Artists who reside, work, are presently enrolled in an art class at the Darien Arts Center, or who have made a minimum contribution of $35.00 to the Arts Center are eligible to enter.
ENTRY FEE
- Adults: $20.00 per piece (maximum two pieces)
- Students Grades K-12: $10.00 per piece (maximum two pieces; no sculpture K–8 please)
- Adult artists submitting two works of art must designate at least one of them for sale.
- All art work entries must be recent, original, framed, and affixed with wire ready for hanging.

SIZE LIMITATIONS
Artwork should not exceed dimension of 40" x 40" including frame. Sculpture may not exceed 50 lbs., and a pedestal must be provided by the artist. The Art Show committee reserves the right to reject any work they determine to be unsuitable for The Darien Art Show.
PICK-UP
Please make arrangements if you are unable to pick up your own work. A $5.00 per piece per day fee will be charged for work not removed by June 9 at 4 PM.
OPENING RECEPTION and
AWARDS PRESENTATION
Friday, May 31 from 7 to 9 PM
All entrants, sponsors and donors are invited. Awards and the Ginny Wright Scholarship winner will be announced.
