The Darien Music Center is a music school open to children
and adults. Our students receive a foundation in classical or
jazz which can later be applied to any music of interest. All
our instructors are professionals chosen both for their artistry
and teaching skills. We offer instruction in: guitar, beginner
violin, voice, and piano at the Darien Arts Center. Voice,
piano, flute, and clarinet are available at nearby
studios.
Registration for returning fall students accepted as of July 1, 2008. Registration for new fall students accepted as of August 1, 2008. Registration for returning winter/spring students accepted as of December 1, 2008. Registration for new winter/spring students accepted as of January 1, 2009.
FALL: 07 September 4 - December 14 (15 weeks)
Recital: Saturday, December 1, 3 p.m.
WINTER: 08 January 2 - March 14 (10 weeks)
Regular classes do not meet February 19-22 unless special arrangements have been made with the instructor.
SPRING: 08 March 17 - May 30 (10 weeks)
Recital: TBA
Regular classes do not meet April 14-18 unless special arrangements have been made with the instructor
Private Instruction at the DAC
Payment for the term of lessons is due on or before the first day of class and is payable to the DAC.
Tuition is non-refundable. Late entries may be pro-rated.
All lessons are scheduled with the instructor.

30-minute lessons...$36 each
45-minute lessons...$46 each
One-Hour Lessons...$58 each
10% sibling discount (deducted once from lower tuition)
